Here are some frequently asked questions:
1. How long will my order take to ship?
Most orders ship within seven (7) business days, but please send us an email if you have not received your tracking number by day 14. Processing times usually increase to roughly nine to ten BUSINESS days between August 15th and January 15th. Time in transit is dependent upon the shipping method selected at checkout, but most will be between 1 and 5 days.

Standard shipping for orders in the United States will be through USPS First Class or Priority Mail unless otherwise purchased at checkout. International orders are shipped via USPS International.
4. I need my order now, what can I do?
Rush Processing is always an option and your order will more than likely be processed and shipped the same day if it is placed before 1 PM CST, so long as the other conditions on the Rush Processing description page are met. Follow this link to add Rush Processing to your cart.
5. Can I change my crystal or shirt colors?
Absolutely, but if no color is selected, the colors pictured will be used unless otherwise notated in the listing description. To do this, simply add your item to the cart, then head to the cart page and use the Special Instructions box to leave your color changes.
6. My shirt is too big, can I return it?
All sales are final and returns or exchanges are not accepted unless there is an error on our part. Please be sure to READ THE DESCRIPTION on each listing as each listing has a size chart, photo of the shirt and a fit advisory in the description. Furthermore, each item is made to order, so rest assured your item was made specifically for you.
7. I ordered a custom design, what will the colors look like?
Crystal colors are NOT properly represented in our design software, but feel free to review our website for actual crystal colors or request a color chart for the crystals we carry. We normally carry one shade per color. It is not our responsibility to make sure you choose the colors you would like to use. If this is not discussed previously, colors displayed on our website and at our immediate disposal will be used. Other colors/brands can be purchased as upgrades.
8. Do you take custom orders?

9. How often do you run sales?
While our merchandise is priced extraordinarily low for the quality, we do offer sales during Black Friday through Cyber Monday. Not all items will be included in the sales, but any items that are included will be automatically discounted at checkout.
10. The 10% off coupon did not work, why?
While there are multiple items included in promotions and discounts throughout the year, all items are not. If you did not receive the discount, then the item was not included in the discounted items list for the promotion. There are absolutely no exceptions to this and items not included will not be included at any time to any promotions or discounts.
11. What type of shirts are used?
We use ladies cut, relaxed fit, v neck shirts in black as our standard for all crystal shirts in sizes Small to 2X-Large. For size 3X-Large, we use Bella Canvas Style 3005. But, please READ THE DESCRIPTION as specialty shirts will use a different shirt type and the shirt, as well as a fit advisory, will be reflected in the description.
IT IS THE BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE PURCHASING BY READING THE DECSRIPTION AND WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE IF THE BUYER DOES NOT.
12. Can I special request a shirt brand/style?
Absolutely, please leave the shirt brand name and style number in the notes section at checkout and, if we can secure the style/brand, we will order that for you. If we cannot, we will contact you at the information provided on your order.
13. Do you sell rhinestone templates?
We do not sell downloadable templates, however, we do sell iron on transfers. Simply select the item you are interested in, then select Design Only for the iron on price.
